Wellness Session

These sessions are for clients in good physical condition and are looking for ways to support their health.

New clients are provided with undivided attention introducing the fundamentals of yoga postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) as well as selecting postures to create a yoga sequence uniquely tailored for their needs. Clients receive hands on adjustments to ensure correct alignment and the development of a safe and beneficial yoga practice. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and give feedback about the practice.

Advanced Sessions – Learn to master more advanced postures and overcome fear in deep back bending, arm balancing and inversions. Or deepen your knowledge of anatomy and alignment as pertains to common yoga poses. This is an excellent option for teachers to learn to observe and assess the student’s body, movement and breath in order to teach the most effective techniques and appropriate adaptations.
